Linda’s Story: A Journey from Despair to Hope

When Linda lost her home and her job, she felt her life unraveling. Suddenly alone, facing homelessness, and filled with fear, Linda found a lifeline through Vineyard Compassion. Within days, she had a safe place to stay, and soon after, Vineyard Compassion showed her a flat she could call her own. For the first time in months, Linda felt peace and relief.

At the Hope Centre, Linda found more than just help, she found community, friendship, and support. Through engaging in counselling, social supermarket, volunteering and conversations over a cuppa in the Open Door, she slowly began to rebuild her life and her confidence. “There’s always someone here to help,” Linda says. “This is a really good place.”

By becoming a Compassion Supporter, you can help someone like Linda find hope, dignity, and a fresh start. Your support means lives transformed!
