How to Refer

Please signpost clients in need of support directly to the relevant project, using the details listed below each project. We are keen to develop our networks with both statutory and community/voluntary groups, so please contact us if you would like to meet to discuss our projects or would like to explore possibilities of working together.

We have developed an easy to use client referral leaflet called ‘Know anyone in need?’ which lists all projects you may wish to refer your clients into.
