RESET

A membership programme for people experiencing food insecurity.

Reset is a membership programme for people experiencing food insecurity or who have a low disposable income and are willing to make positive changes for their future.

We are here to support people in resetting the priorities of food, finance and future stability. Members commit to a full range of support services and can shop for low-cost food in the social supermarket.

Throughout the 6-month term, clients pay a weekly subscription to shop for a variety of fresh, frozen, store cupboard food products, as well as toiletries and household cleaning products. Members can shop online at home or in our cafe for food at a reduced cost for 6 months. The amount members pay depends on the number of people in the household.

The amount members pay depends on the number of people in the household. For example, for a household with 2 adults and 2 children the subscription will be £10 per week. £10 will provide between £30-£40 worth of food from a range of fresh, frozen and ambient products as well as toiletries and household items.

Members must commit to engaging with support services throughout the term.

“I have enjoyed getting to know the staff much better over the past few months. The support has helped me in my personal life and in work situations. A massive thank you for everything you have done for me. I have been able to pay off my debts and the wraparound support has given me confidence in parenting and in work life.”
